CoWorker Projects is pleased to present a group show, Fun For Summer, of video and performance artists on Monday, June 23rd, 2014 starting at 7PM at Entwine. This will be our last event this season. The following emerging video and performance artists were selected by guest curator Alison Kuo and come from Brooklyn, Austin and Los Angeles. Their short videos are all in keeping with the theme of the screening Fun For Summer: Julie Bahn, Jane Carver, Graciela Cassel, Donna Cleary, Barnett Cohen, Pik-Shuen Fung, Katrin Jonsdottir Hjordisardottir, Max Juren, Alison Kuo, Jennifer McDermott, Andrea McGinty, Jung Hee Mun, Dominique Palladino, Joshua Saunders, Justin Plakas, Jessica Segall, Barb Smith.

About the curator: Alison Kuo is an artist living and working in NYC, and a recent graduate of the Fine Arts MFA at the School of Visual Arts.

This summer she will participate in Promised Land, a Transformer group exhibition in Asbury Park, NJ, and in the public art festival Art in Odd Places in NYC. Kuo is the Art Editor at the Brooklyn literary magazine GIGANTIC, a contributor of reviews to Artslant, and the creator of the popular blog Accidental Chinese Hipsters. She has shown her work at CANADA, Christopher Henry Gallery, ICI, Present Company, Cathouse FUNeral, and Art Jam in NYC, Eleven Seventeen Garland, SOFA Gallery, Co-Lab, and Domy in Austin, and OHWOW in Miami.
